My Mission

Great leadership begins with self-leadership. Too many professionals feel stuck, undervalued, or overwhelmed by constant change. My mission is to help you rediscover your values, strengthen your confidence, and grow into the leader you were meant to be—one decision, one habit, and one step at a time.

My Story

After 25+ years in corporate HR and leadership, I hit a wall. I was working 50+ hours a week, traveling constantly, and missing precious time with my family. I still remember missing so many family moments because I was always away for work.

Then came the moment my financial advisor told me I’d need to work until at least 67 to retire “comfortably.” That was my wake-up call. I didn’t want to keep working for someone else’s dream while sacrificing my own life.

That’s when I pivoted. I left corporate America and dedicated myself to helping others like me—leaders who want clarity, confidence, and influence without losing themselves along the way.

• 25+ years in HR & Leadership — coaching managers & leaders, developing leaders, and guiding professionals through growth and transition.

• Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach — trained in proven principles that equip leaders to create lasting impact.

• Creator of iGROW Leadership Program — an 8-module self-leadership journey that blends reflection, practical tools, and real-world action steps.

• Leadership Coach & Trainer — supporting professionals and teams who want to grow from the inside out and lead with authenticity and courage.
